… are these granola bars I’ve made today.
They are quite easy to make:
Just melt some butter with a bit of honey and sugar in a pot. Then add different types of chopped nuts, oatmeal (or some Bircher-Muesli) and dried fruits (besides raisins you could take for example dried papaya or mango for the exotic touch).
Stir all ingredients and then spread them on baking paper. Bake the mixture for about 25 minutes until it becomes golden brown.
Finally let it cool before you cut it into bars.
