What you need for the dough:
300 g flour
100 g sugar
200 g cold butter
a pinch of salt
Mix the flour, the sugar, the egg and flakes of the butter very quickly so that the butter doesn’t get too warm. Let the dough rest in the fridge for about one hour.
Roll the dough flat on your worktop and cut out the shapes of your choice.
The cookies need not more than 10 minutes in the oven (160 degrees).
Then you can dip them into chocolate and decorate them nicely.
